Storage guidelines:
Storage temperature of 41 to 50 F. Product held below 41 F may develop chilling injury. This injury manifests itself as pitting, shriveling, and general wilting in appearance. Unlike winter squash, summer squash is much more perishable and should not be stored any longer than necessary.
